Overview
Audacy has an opportunity and is seeking an experienced Trademark Paralegal to join the fastest growing radio company in the country in our Philadelphia, PA headquarters.This position will handle an expanding docket of federal and state trademarks.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
• Online trademark searches
• Filing new and maintenance applications
• Maintaining docket/tickler system
• Monitoring usage of marks and preparing cease and desist letters and license agreements
• Assisting with trademark infringement proceedings
• Advising internal clients on appropriate trademark use
• Other duties, responsibilities, and projects may be assigned
Qualifications
More About You:
Required & Preferred:
• At least 2 years of trademark experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Familiarity with SAEGIS a plus
