Overview

Audacy is seeking a Specialist, Operational Systems to join its Corporate Traffic/Digital Team.

This position is the primary resource for the setup, design and implementation of Wide Orbit Digital Orders. This role will support all stakeholders across campaign management, finance, sales and operations on their use of the platform. This role will also be a strategic advisor to the EVP, Revenue Operations and SVP, Traffic on how to leverage the Digital Order Management Systems in the end-to-end digital sales workflow to drive efficiencies and to ensure maximum results.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Answer user inquiries regarding systems to resolve user problems in a prompt and efficient manner
• Assist users in installing software
• Provide help desk backup for setting up new users and revising user security access and rights, while maintaining SOX compliance and segregation of duties in security settings
• Assist in system upgrades, testing software enhancements
• Work directly with Wide Orbit to drive feature development needed for the business, to influence Wide Orbit's roadmap.
• Review technical training and manuals, confer with WideOrbit and Third party digital technical specialists to investigate and resolve problems.
• Work with sales operations, and sales management to maintain accurate properties, channels and products
• Support data pushed into Wide Orbit, in the form of orders, etc. and out of Wide Orbit based on each use case.
• Support the integration of Wide Orbit Digital Orders with Placements.IO, Tapclicks and other systems.
• Be the expert on all things Wide Orbit Digital Orders including its support of order workflow, revenue reporting and invoicing.
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

More About You:

Required & Preferred:
• 3+ years of experience working with Traffic Systems (WideOrbit Digital Orders preferred)
• Ability to multitask, manage and follow through on multiple projects, prioritize duties, and handle a high-volume workload
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication, training, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to effectively identify and analyze problems and recommend solutions to address challenges
• Call center experience utilizing ticketing software such as Zendask, preferred
• Working knowledge of Google workplace or Microsoft Office, required
