Overview

AmperWave helps broadcasters, pure plays and on-demand publishers and podcasters monetize streaming digital audio audiences. As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in the onboarding of new customers and in the expansion of current customers' use of the AmperWave platform. In addition, you will guide our clients to become masters of the platform and its features through live training sessions, helpdesk troubleshooting, and written help documentation. You will be working closely with our sales and engineering teams, so solid communication skills across technical and non-technical personnel are a must!

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Assist planning, execution, and all aspects of the implementation process including installation and training new users
• Develop a thorough understanding of the client's specific business objectives and recommend solutions to help them achieve their goals.
• Manage client relationship and communication by conducting meetings with client, providing progress reports to client and ensuring documentation is current
• Educate customers on various configurations and/or customization options. Troubleshoot configuration issues and recommend action plans for resolution.
• Effectively communicate with all stakeholders including both customers and internal departments such as development, product management, sales and release management.
• Work closely with the AmperWave support team to help solve customer problems
• Provide product demonstrations to existing customers and prospects
• Participate in on-call rotation

Qualifications

More About You:

Required:
• Associates degree in a Computer Science/Information Technology related field or equivalent experience
• Exceptional computer skills primarily with Windows Operating Systems, networking, and hardware
• Fluency in the Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required
• Ability to lead presentations with confidence and effectively communicate to a technical or non-technical audience
• Excellent personal time management skills, organization, and attention to detail to ensure clients are happy and willing to recommend AmperWave products
• The ability to work effectively under pressure
• A willingness to take personal ownership for the success of a key business function
• Enthusiasm for new technology and strong team spirit

Preferred:
• Experience with basic programming (C# and JS) is a plus
• Experience with Zendesk or similar helpdesk platform is a plus
• Experience in the radio broadcast, streaming industry or audio engineering is a plus
