Overview

Audacy has an immediate opening for 2 Regional Directors of Technical Operations to provide oversight and management for technical broadcast operation for stations in their respective regions.

This opportunity can sit any where in our major markets and reports to our SVP of Technical Operations.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Oversight of market DTOs and staffing.
• Ensure market compliance with FCC rules as well as other regulatory requirements.
• Major project planning and execution.
• Market capex planning and execution.
• Collaboration with other corporate teams (programming, real estate, et al) on coordination of projects and initiatives.
• Disaster preparedness and management of disaster situations.

Qualifications

More About You:

Required and Preferred:
• Minimum of 10 years broadcast engineering and/or broadcast IT experience, preferably in a major market.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong, proven time management skills including ability to multitask in a multiple project environment.
• Be available to travel.
• Experience in project planning, management and execution
• Must have at least 4 years of college or technical school and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
