PROJECT COORDINATOR - AUDACY KANSAS CITY
Audacy Kansas City is seeking a bright, energetic, self-starter for a Project Coordinator position. We are looking for a professional, detail oriented individual who can multi-task and has exceptional organizational and computer skills to support Sales Managers and Sales Staff and act as a liaison between Account Executives and clients when appropriate. Must be capable of multi-tasking for a variety of personalities in a lively fast paced environment.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
• Provide admin support & order entry functions for Account Executives & Sales Managers
• Create sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials; creating and/or maintaining one-sheets and media kits
• Customer and client communication - formulate and execute campaigns
• Interacting closely with Traffic Department to ensure smooth execution of sales orders and track down missing copy and instructions
• Perform general administrative duties that support our sales and marketing organization.
• Works as a team with other departments, individuals to support sales promotions & sales projects
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions and client events as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
More About You: Candidates must have a positive attitude and be a team player with excellent organization / time management skills. Attention to detail is a must!
Required: Minimum 2 years marketing and sales execution experience. Position requires knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sales Force, Wide Orbit Traffic and other web-based platforms.
Preferred: College Degree preferred.
