We look to deliver a personalized experience and audio universe inclusive of the thousands of radio stations, millions of podcasts, expansive premium on-demand and live audio content across music, sports, news and entertainment to listeners everywhere - whether on mobile, driving in the car, listening on a smart speaker, or a platform not yet core to daily living.

As such, we're looking for a passionate Product Manager to join the Audio Experience team. In this role, you'll shape and execute the roadmap for on-demand audio and podcast experiences across the Audacy platform including the mobile app, web, smart speakers, OTT, auto and emerging devices. This position will innovate on how listeners consume and interact with on-demand content across radio, music and podcasts and build engaging playback interfaces to grow product KPIs. You'll play an integral role in helping the company achieve its ambitious growth goals over the next several years by delivering innovative and new audio experiences for listeners everywhere. As a product leader in the organization, you will work closely with team members across marketing, content, programming, design and engineering to ensure product milestones, KPIs, and financial goals are met. We're looking for candidates with a proven ability to work effectively with all levels within the organization, a strong aptitude for idea generation, and the ability to work with the subtleties of experience design, data-driven consumer products and data-driven iteration.

Responsibilities

You're excited about this opportunity because you will
• Drive the product strategy, vision and roadmap to create the best listener experience for on-demand audio and podcast across the Audacy platform including mobile app, web, smart speakers, OTT and emerging devices.
• Define and champion the ad-supported and subscription listener experience to diversify the platform revenue stream
• Collaborate with the product team on platform vision and strategy and keep colleagues up to date on your top-level goals, timelines, and progress
• Write clear and concise product requirements that capture the vision, goals, and key elements of new products and features.
• Conduct user research to better understand our customers and their needs -- includes user interviews, usability tests, surveys, etc.
• Thoroughly analyze viewer engagement metrics to surface opportunities to increase engagement and retention; work with Engineering to instrument features and capture relevant data.
• Work with stakeholders to spec product features outlining the business/customer needs, requirements, user stories, and success criteria.

You will be successful by
• Developing relationships with your engineering, design, marketing, and business partners to get the best out of your teammates - both in how you work together, and what you deliver to our listeners.
• Being an excellent communicator and storyteller, communicating concepts and ideas in different formats, depending on context. You can receive feedback while being assertive when needed. You know how to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization, using a variety of evidence and communication styles.
• Thinking strategically but is able to roll up your sleeves, get stuff done, and sweat the details

Qualifications

We are excited about you because
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2C technology or media company;
• 1+ years experience working on a multiple-platform video/audio streaming service or podcast platform
• Ability to work autonomously to lead product development efforts and surface roadmap opportunities.
• You bring a hypothesis-driven, iterative, and scrappy approach to product development. You've shipped plenty of A/B and multivariate tests, but you also know when there are quicker, faster ways to validate your hypotheses.
• You bring energy, ideas, and creativity to the team. You're a great communicator and a natural leader.
• Deep understanding of digital product best practices and agile methodology.
• A proven track record of successfully shipping subscription products that meet customer needs and drive business impact
• You have an affinity for the fast-paced, often-changing environment of a transforming company and derive energy from it.
