Overview

Audacy is looking for an individual to assist in operations support for our local markets, providing the connective tissue to bring the information on corporate-led digital products, tools, and initiatives to local markets, to ensure each market achieves their KPI's and growth goals. This position can be based anywhere in the country and reports to the Senior Director, Digital Market Operations.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Serve as primary digital liaison with a selected number of local markets, partnering with each market to make sure performance goals are achieved
• Work alongside corporate digital staff to support local stations as they deploy new products and services - both internal products and third party applications
• Review analytics for markets in portfolio and reports trends, highlights and aberrations to market digital leads and management
• Main goal is to drive adoption of the various tools and resources available to the market digital staff to drive listenership, grow audience and garner insights
• Market support includes: communication, training, policy on all things audio - from podcasts to exclusive stations to submitting voice assistant utterances
• Proactively work with markets to bubble up inquiries, questions, suggestions to the corporate digital team
• Responsible for communicating and educating respective markets on ad product updates/changes made to the platform and rolled out by Product or Revenue Ops teams

Qualifications

About You:

Required:
• 3+ years' experience in managing digital teams and/or products in radio, audio, television, digital publishing or at a news agency
• Successful growth track record and ability to set, track and achieving KPI's across a multiple brands or businesses
• Data driven focus and familiarity with Google Analytics, comScore, Crowdtangle, Dataminr, Chartbeat and other reporting services
• Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail and excellent communication in working with multiple matrixed teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Keen understanding of digital, mobile and social media platforms, usability and user behaviors
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Self-motivated, positive and collaborative attitude
• Creative, conceptual and strategic thinker. Ability to juggle numerous and varies projects at the same time. Creative problem solver
• Interest in music, news and sports content a plus
• College degree required Audacy's digital platform is where consumers discover and connect live with premium, curated content powered by over 235 highly rated, locally programmed radio stations and their websites, over 3,000 podcasts, audio on demand, and exclusive content across entertainment, music, news and sports.
