Overview

The Manager, Digital Marketing Solutions, Team Lead is responsible for working with multiple markets & market clusters in a region to support the digital sales process from post sales through client reporting and recaps. In this role, you lead a team of Digital Project Managers (DPMs) who are assigned markets in your region and are responsible for gathering post sales needs from advertising clients – including campaign onboarding needs, understanding campaign KPIs, working with fulfillment operations teams (internal and external), monitoring delivery and directly interacting with clients to reporting on performance. The digital platforms in which you are working include Display, Audio (Steaming, Podcasts), Programmatic, Email Marketing, OTT, SEM, SEO, Social, YouTube, as well as emerging services.

The Manager, Digital Marketing Solutions, Team Lead candidate must have strong problem-solving capabilities and is process-oriented and solution-oriented. Duties include managing and training DPMS and local sales on post sales process from markets to fulfillment. This includes order entry, fulfillment, campaign performance to reconciliation and billing. The team lead will be a primary contact for DPMS and markets to handle escalations and problem resolution, reviewing performance, customer escalations, and other escalations to the Director, Digital Marketing Solutions and other senior management.

The anticipated starting salary range for Colorado-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $60,000-$65,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• You will be the Multi -Market Team Leader for post-sales digital revenue including ensuring campaign deliverables, launches, and or revisions are met.
• Assigns Digital Project Managers to specific AEs/Clients; ensure adequate coverage in markets
• Coaches/Trains Digital Project Managers on order fulfillment & reporting.
• Joins onboarding/recap calls as needed to ensure campaign setup and client reporting needs are met/exceeded
• Heavy outward client interactions
• Coordinates and runs bi-weekly team meetings to ensure all revenue is accounted for using internal reporting
• Continuity with Production: Ensure all digital campaigns are moving through the fulfillment process between teams while meeting necessary timelines for client orders.
• Maintain working knowledge of digital inventory: Understand the current and projected sellout levels of the AUD sites (Homepage Takeovers, Streaming, Podcasts, Display, Sponsorships, and more).
• Assist with ongoing and month-end campaign/order reconciliation to verify delivery against monthly billing amount.
• Monitor Campaigns to ensure all campaigns are hitting the agreed-upon goals during their flights. Adjust as appropriate. Alert appropriate parties of any anticipated problems and be prepared with suggested solutions.
• Campaign Reports: Monitor that at month end and/or campaign end, prepare performance reporting for digital campaigns and provide results to the client with the Account Executive.
• Partners with the Director, Digital Marketing Solutions on any hiring/training and/or resource needs.
• Communicates/ Troubleshoots Issues as they arise in Wide Orbit, Workflow, Performance Dashboard or Billing processes with Director, Digital Marketing Solutions
• Stakeholder Communication: As this role will support several assigned markets, clear, professional and efficient communication is imperative between stakeholders (sales team and fulfillment teams) to ensure client campaign execution and performance meets or exceeds standards.
• Must be able to interact and communicate with all levels within the organization and externally with clients.

Qualifications

More About You:

Required and Preferred:
• Require a minimum of 1 year as an Audacy Digital Project Manager or at least 2 years of proven experience in strategically contributing to a digital operations, account management or sales facing department for an advertising agency or media company
• Experience with Wide Orbit Traffic or Digital Orders
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools
• Logical, process-oriented person that enjoys getting things done
• Problem solving - understanding and offering solutions
• Comfortable presenting to and interacting with clients
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with dynamic priorities and time pressures
