Overview

Audacy is seeking an organized, detail oriented communicator to with our clients and sales operations team.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Act as the day-to-day centralized point-of-contact on our Live Nation partnership
• Own and manage the entire Live Nation execution process including:
• Monitoring all media, drafting copy for OTA, social and digital media
• Working directly with production and the design team to produce creative
• Assist with data & analytics reporting
• Prepare and present campaign timelines, status reports, and performance recaps
• Create processes and provide insights to help build a success partnership
• Work closely with multiple internal divisions including Promotions, Sales, Programming, Content, Planning and Ad-Ops to deliver the highest level of work
• Assisting in the communication of client expectations and being a liaison between the client and Regional Promotions Departments
• Work closely with the central team to identify National Promotional opportunities
• Brainstorm ways to optimize campaign performance to confirm client/partner KPIs are being met
• Direct point of contact for client to ensure campaign is performing
• Work to improve internal communication within the departments

• Proven strengths in organization, multi-tasking, project management, time management and anticipating needs
• Prior experience working with sales executives and clients
• Energetic and confident with the ability to think and learn on-the-spot
• A motivated self-starter and independent worker
• Fast-paced, self-driven, assertive and results oriented
• Able to work effectively and efficiently under pressure and stress
• Los Angeles based preferred but not required

Successful candidates must also bring with them:
• Experience in media
• Great written, organizational, and interpersonal skills required
• A positive collaborative attitude and the willingness to make everyone around them successful
