Los Angeles Audacy is looking for an IT Support Specialist! Join the team!

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
• Setting up or Diagnosing staff Laptops, Desktops, Peripherals, and Software
• Imaging/Deploying computers, help create or refine technical documentation,.
• Configuring PC hardware, assembling and upgrading systems, Installing RAM, video cards, and other peripherals.
• Helping resolve IT related technical issues.
• Helping users connect to company resources in office or remotely.
• Helping users configure handheld devices (Iphone, Android, Ipad) to access company resources.
• Support staff in a timely manner and demonstrate the ability to perform with minimal oversight.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently has to sit; use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Duties include lifting and transporting computers, monitors, printers and other technical equipment. The majority of the work day will be spent sitting at your desk or walking to staff member locations to provide support. Our facility is on two floors, so some time will be spent going up and down staircases or elevators.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10, Mac OS X, iOS, Android, and Microsoft Office 2010 and later.
• Must have significant experience providing support to end-users, resolving Incidents with Microsoft Office, Edge/Firefox/Chrome, Printing, Remote Access.
• Some Linux, Scripting and Cisco network experience desired.
• Experience in Broadcast Media, and Radio industry technology is desired.
