Overview

Audacy is seeking a highly motivated, analytical thinker that has the ability to coordinate across a portfolio of digital properties to maximize supply, manage yield, and perform critical analysis to support strategies that lead to optimal revenue growth. They will work closely with Sales, Planning, Operations and Product Strategy teams. Candidate must approach all challenges through a critical thinking, analytical lens and possess the ability to lead in an environment of change. Candidate must be able to develop processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies.

Candidate should preferrably be located in New York, New York.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Analysis of digital supply, revenue and price performance to ensure budgets can be achieved.
• Develop and execute optimal pricing and inventory strategies for streaming and podcasting inventory, and work with sales and planning to effectively execute strategies.
• Effectively help support and drive compliance around related strategies.
• Support all monetization efforts for the all inventory sources, partnering closely with all cross-functional teams to maximize revenue
• Work with sales and planning to create agency rate cards for various products and track revenue against rate cards.
• Provide insights on key inventory trends focusing to grow the business
• Monitor pending business, evaluate returning and non-returning business and revenue pacing reports to understand where we are in relation to hitting quarterly goals.
• Develop & grow programmatic strategies to inform yield team on supply optimization
• Work with cross-functional teams and provide solutions to streamline processes and drive efficiencies.
• Support leadership in rolling out key initiatives, new processes, and product enhancements
• Collaborate to develop best practices across teams
• Create and analyze work performance standards that ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Work with leaders to develop and effectively communicate priorities.
• Work closely with management and planning on higher-level projects such as new product rollouts, current system enhancements, complex pricing analysis, and strategic thought sessions.

Qualifications

More About You:

Required & Preferred:
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Business, Marketing, Communications)
• Minimum of 8 years previous experience in either multiple asset Revenue Management
• Strong technical and analytical skills including excellent Excel skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to quickly adapt to working with Revenue Management, CRM and Traffic Systems.
• Team player with experience in cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed organization
• Expert in data aggregation and analysis (Vlookup, Indexmatch, Pivot Tables, Macros)
• Strong familiarity with technology platforms like Triton, Wide Orbit, Operative, and Salesforce
• Experience working on and implementing projects and rolling out initiatives
