Overview

The Business Administrator will liaise on one or more administrative services of the business unit, supporting the Finance department. This position reports to the Regional Controller.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Assist with Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable matters for the market
• Other office manager duties to include but not limited to
• ordering office supplies
• submit work order requests related to office maintenance
• assisting with Public file maintenance & requests
• Prepare/manage job postings and maintain the applicant tracking system and ensure EEO requirements are met and tracked
• Perform local onboarding tasks for new hires
• Track & submit confidential payroll data to assist with payroll processing
• Assist Regional Controller with approval requests and act as local liaison between market & Regional Controller
• Maintain local business files including trade records, personnel files, contracts, etc
• Frequently handles sensitive and confidential materials
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

Required:
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years in Business/Office Admin or Accounting/Finance capacity (Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable or Payroll).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Wide Orbit experience a plus
• Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality requirements
• Strong analytical skills a plus
• Capable of meeting the demands of deadline pressures and working in a fast paced environment
