Position Description:
The Coordinator, Revenue and Partnership Marketing will be responsible for leading and executing marketing strategies and activations for Atlanta Hawks partnership activation and revenue campaigns including ticketing, revenue events, and corporate partnerships by specifically working with internal departments and partners. This position reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Marketing.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main project manager for Atlanta Hawks marketing for partnership activation, revenue events, and various ticketing campaigns while supporting other Atlanta Hawks marketing initiatives as needed
• Manage marketing process flows (design, messaging, approvals, list development, testing, execution, etc.)
• Work collaboratively with all internal teams on ideation, activation, and recaps for campaigns
• Work closely with internal creative and video teams to create compelling content that is strategically aligned to campaign and organization initiatives
• Serve as liaison for corporate partner recaps and requested data as needed
• Ensure alignment among project management team with project management tool taxonomy and tagging
• Collaborate with Corporate Partnership team to ensure the execution of marketing elements outlined in each partner's agreement
• Collaborate with analytics team to track overall marketing campaign performance and make the appropriate adjustments to optimize each campaign to meet revenue and brand affinity goals
• Work on the development of marketing strategies and special marketing promotions with guidance from Sr. Manager; lead the execution of these initiatives and prepare program summaries to aid in the reporting to senior management for the strategic planning process
Qualifications:
• Strong writing, grammar, and communication skills with good attention to detail.
• Project management skills: ability to prioritize & manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
• Passion and curiosity for the sports industry and developing effective marketing content.
• Knowledge of basketball and pop culture is preferred.
• Ability to organize and oversee multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Educations and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Advertising or Communications.
• 1-3 years of experience working in a digital marketing role within a fast-paced organization.
• Experience using Adobe CS (Photoshop, Premier, After Effects, Illustrator) preferred but not required.
• Comfortable in an environment where priorities can shift rapidly; resilient and adaptive to change.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Comfortable with working non-traditional hours (i.e., some nights, weekends, and the occasional holiday may be required)
