Membership Administrative Assistant

Job Description Overview:

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for high-level support to the Membership Executive while acting as an ambassador with senior management, board members, business associates, clients, vendors, business partners, and company staff.
• Ability to maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor while interacting with members and other industry professionals, either on the phone or in person
• Managing all incoming correspondence; phone calls, emails, and mail
• Ability to manage and organize the flow of communication while keeping track of any required action and/ or due dates
• Overseeing the executive's calendars using exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Coordinating travel plans and management of various business expenses
• Assist with executive's business activities, coordinating onsite and offsite meetings

Skills/ Qualifications:
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to problem solve, analyze information, and manage processes
• Diligently organized with attention to detail
• Ability to create audio-visual presentations, organizational charts, and other special projects as necessary
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Google Docs
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university is preferable
