Marketing Coordinator

Job Purpose

This position is responsible for coordinating the delivery of all team promotional messaging through multiple communication channels and oversight of fan loyalty programs.

Primary (Essential) Duties
• Traffic print, radio, tv and broadcast advertisements
• Write copy for on-air promotions, emails, text and social media campaigns
• Assist with media proposals, contracts, ticket fulfillment and relationship maintenance of media trade partnerships
• Assist on tracking advertisements for proof of performance and develop recaps
• Assist with organizing and tracking graphic design requests
• Assist with execution of marketing programs and partnerships, including events and onsite media
• Work alongside Marketing Team members to execute elements of the Kids Club including email, app and website updates, prize inventory, and strategies to engage D-backs Kids Club members
• Help with giveaway production, distribution & track promotional item inventory
• Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and project tracking
• Assist with execution of marketing events and promotional partnerships as needed
• Perform administrative duties and other responsibilities as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities
• 1-2 Years' experience in Marketing & Advertising
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Must enjoy being involved in several projects with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time and meet deadlines
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Experience/Education Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field
