Animal Logic is recognised as one of the world's leading creative digital studios, producing award winning design, visual effects and animation for over 30 years. Last year Animal Logic delivered the hybrid live action/animated feature, Peter Rabbit 2, and released DC League of Super-Pets earlier in the year. Currently in production are The Shrinking of the Treehorns, Toto and The Magician's Elephant, while past projects include The LEGO Movie 2, Captain Marvel, Peter Rabbit, The LEGO Ninjago Movie, Alien: Covenant, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, The LEGO Movie and Happy Feet.

Are you looking to develop your career in recruitment? An exciting opportunity has become available to work in our internal Recruitment department, assisting coordinating activities of the Recruitment team, as well as other departmental duties.

What you'll get to do:
• Coordinating interviews of candidates and reviews of their work
• Scheduling, attending and note taking at department meetings
• Maintaining the CMS (content management system) and ATS (application tracking system)
• Creating and maintaining departmental reports
• Working within pre-established procedures and systems, and contributing to the development of new systems where appropriate
• Establishing good relationships with candidates
• Reviewing candidate applications and their work
• Providing general support to the department

It's a busy office and the position isn't for the faint hearted!

What you bring:
• An interest in pursuing a career in recruitment or HR
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• A keen interest in providing support to a fast-paced HR/Recruiting department
• Proven administrative experience
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A calm nature, with an ability to adapt to a fast paced and dynamic environment
• The ability to prioritise, multi-task, and work to deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous HR or Recruitment experience in an administrative capacity, preferably in a high-tech environment
• A qualification in HR is desirable but not essential
