Are you an Administrative Assistant interested in joining our global Production Technology team, based at our Vancouver studio?
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will provide support to the department in a very dynamic environment.
What you'll get to do:
• Responsible for calendar management, interacting with a local and global team of management, technical staff, and coordinators
• Coordinate global meetings and communicate meeting outcomes
• Facilitate internal and external communication for the department
• Onboard and offboarding team members
• Monitor incoming help requests for ProdTech department ensuring adequate response times are adhered to and communication flow is maintained
• Track all leave requests and attendance; collate forms and reports and distribute to management and finance
• Support the Sydney and Vancouver teams by managing timesheets, leave requests and department activities
• Responsible for creating and maintaining department documentation on Confluence
What you bring:
• Previous experience assisting a team or an office in a high-pressure environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient abilities in Excel a strong asset
• A proactive approach to communication and customer care
• Demonstrated experience working with schedules and deadlines
• Ability to problem solve and word independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on repetitive tasks
• Experience (or interest) with intranet layout or visually pleasing documentation
