Job Description
Are you an HR Operations Assistant with an interest in film production? This is an 18-month, hands-on position that requires organisational and time management skills. You'll support local and international artists to relocate and on-board into a growing team, on a variety of animated projects! This is a fast-paced role in a friendly and supportive team.
What you'll do:
• Coordinate on-boarding of new staff including executing new starter documentation in a timely manner
• Create and maintaining personnel files in an accurate and structured manner
• Assist with exiting of staff including the repatriation and separation documentation
• Carry out administrative responsibilities of the department, including processing invoices and relocation expense claims
• Be the first point of contact for general queries
• Assist the HR team with HR projects and ad-hoc tasks
What you bring:
• An active and enthusiastic interest in Human Resources within a creative environment
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment with highly confidential information
• The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a broader HR team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A highly organised approach to your work, with excellent attention to detail
• Strong computer literacy, including Word and Excel proficiency
• Experience dealing with dealing with internal clients to provide solutions and high levels of customer service
• Previous experience as a HR generalist or office administrator
• Experience in film, media or a creative industry would be a bonus
