We dub and/or subtitle in 30+ languages to make our content available to global customers in 200+ countries.
We are hiring for an English Dubbing Program Manager to be part of the Production Strategy & Business Operations group. The team is responsible for developing strategy, tools, and processes to scale operations globally for WW Production & Post and includes product managers, program managers, business operations managers, and strategists. As part of the growing program management group, you will be a single threaded owner for a new program to improve English Dubbing quality on Local Originals. We are looking for someone passionate about bringing non-English content to English audiences. You are systems and process-minded and can analyze data and make sound recommendations in an often ambiguous environment. This job requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence change at all levels while working cross-functionally with both Amazon Studios and Amazon teams. Key partners include WW Localization Operations, Local Originals Creative, Consumer Insights, and Marketing.
Key activities include:
• Create, monitor, and refine quality metrics and controls for English dubs on Local Originals content in partnership with creative, operations, and marketing stakeholders.
• Deliver recommendations and/or operating plans for how to optimize spend, resources, and time for English dubbing operations.
• Drive solutions that reduce timelines to deliver English dubs to customers.
• Collaborate with Creative Localization & Language Programs to develop programs that improve English dubs quality.
• Partner with Product Managers to provide feedback on tools to improve quality.
• Prepare and present operating plans for business reviews with senior leaders.
• Contribute to key business planning documents (e.g., QBRs)
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Demonstrated record of ability to prioritize complex issues and manage communications with all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated success in achieving aggressive short, medium and long-term goals.
• Demonstrated bias for action with strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous experience in entertainment or Localization a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages.
• Expertise in data mining, data management, reporting, and SQL/BI tools.
• Experience working with product and engineering teams.
• Experience working with teams across geographies.
• Masters in Business Administration degree.
