Snr Content Producer (Employer Brand), AIGC Employer Branding

Job summary
Amazon Ads Employer Brand team is looking for an experienced Content Producer to oversee all aspects of developing and producing top-notch Employer Brand content. Your creative vision will help the team elevate our content-strategy game and produce breakthrough candidate attraction and engagement content.

Key job responsibilities
Your strong project management, creative, editorial and forward-planning skills will enable you to deliver multiple projects simultaneously for local and global initiatives. Working directly with business teams and global Employer Brand leaders, you will produce content that helps raise awareness of our culture, people, diversity, sustainability, new ventures, projects, launches and work life. You will create stories about the unique people and teams that make up the Advertising org.

As a content expert, you will be able to produce content in multiple formats and leverage the range of tools available for content development, sharing real life employee experiences via video, live stream and chat events, social assets, blogs and podcasts that authentically reflect life at Amazon. You'll think big about ways to elevate our brand, showcasing our commitment to being an equitable, inclusive and diverse employer. You'll advise teammates and other stakeholders on the best content for each situation and you'll test and measure success along the way, creating exceptional assets for use at each and every step of the candidate journey.

A day in the life
• Storytelling through video and social content that engages talent inside and outside of Amazon
• Creating clear content plans to support our brand and hiring initiatives across each stage of the marketing funnel
• Tracking metrics to measure impact and provide proposals to refine and optimize content strategy
• Owning and influencing global social media content from a talent and culture perspective, devising new ways to increase engagement through existing and new channels
• Copy writing and editing of Amazon employer brand content
• Craft website landing pages for our content to be distributed through relevant paid programs, working with our content management system (CMS)
• Working with and manage 3rd party relationships with a range of suppliers, ensure the best performance from them
• Optimizing and experimenting to improve metrics driving our attraction and engagement efforts

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience developing content across disciplines (text, design, video, events, social etc.) and media, in-house or within an agency
• Professional experience working with a variety of stakeholders to produce high-quality creative work that fulfills business requirements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in recruitment marketing / employer brand
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or relevant field of study
• Knowledge of Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for data-driven marketing
