Job summary
The Global Research Operations team:
• Develops secure, online survey testing strategies across 12 international panels
• Leads recruitment and customer engagement initiatives to retain high response rates
• Drives customer obsessed solutions to custom testing strategies
• Develops visual reporting tools used by cross-team stakeholders
• Partners across multiple teams to deep dive into customer data

Key job responsibilities
The Research Operations Manager will:
• Lead programming, QA, sampling and deployment strategies for surveys across multiple locales and languages
• Invent and Simplify: develop impactful processes to help manage the volume of incoming title testing requests
• Invent and Simplify: work across global panels and teams to create mechanisms for testing in multiple languages.
• Dive Deep: develop a deep understanding of our partners research needs and create impactful testing strategies
• Customer Obsession - Drive excellence in customer engagement and retention policies

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
• Experience with online survey programming and coding
• Experience with online survey management
• Experience with panel management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Online Panel Management experience includes programming, recruiting, survey QA and development.

Program management includes global project and program management of online surveys and research tools.
