The Worldwide Production & Operations team covers physical production, post production, and localization of series and movies globally.

Amazon Studios is looking for a Post Production Coordinator to support the team covering scripted series produced across world from our Culver City, Los Angeles office. This includes tracking schedules, following up on outstanding deliverables, and organizing assets for delivery to Prime Video. This role will directly report to the Head of Scripted Series Post Production in Los Angeles and support their team across six continents. Additionally, this position will also work closely with the Los Angeles-based Post Production Executive covering all Canada Original Scripted Series. Responsibilities will include attention to cost, quality, and time management on all Canada Scripted Series projects. The position will be responsible for working across multiple territory verticals, and a high level of organizational and innovative thinking is required. The position will require working on multiple large-scale projects at a time and will involve working daily with internal and external partners around the world. We are a quickly growing team with a large slate and seek candidates who are ready to jump in and learn by doing. The ideal candidate will be interested in growing beyond the role through mentorship and training.

Key job responsibilities
• Support the Head of International Scripted Series Post Production and the rest of the International Scripted Series Post Executives in all department-related and series-related projects, internal and external requests and special team initiatives
• Support Post Executive, Canada Scripted Series on all Canadian series
• Support Post Executives in compiling, distributing, and collecting post production documents across multiple territory verticals
• Facilitate communication and set team meetings
• Support Post Executives in managing cuts distribution lists
• Work towards improving and standardizing post workflows
• Compare bids across shows and post budget templates
• Assist with Post team training and workshops
• Work closely with other Post Coordinators to develop best practices
• Travel as required in support of Post Executives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of technical experience on episodic and film workflows
• 2+ years of experience in coordination, project management, asset operations or post delivery
Basic qualifications
• Experience in production and post production
• Familiarity with the current industry standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and with great attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed
• Problem solver
• Willingness to travel as needed for show and team support

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Multi-lingual
• Professional experience in multinational corporations
• Professional experience in multicultural or international settings
• Experience leveraging and improving internal tools
• Experience with Movie Magic Budgeting
• Experience organizing events in multiple locations
