Amazon Studios is the movies and television development and production arm of Amazon. We are looking for a Music Contracts Administrator to support Amazon Studios' Music Team in the operational and administrative elements of Prime Video's deals with musical performing rights organizations ('PROs'). This role is based in London.

You will be responsible for coordinating internal meetings, liaising with the PRO team's internal stakeholders and for processing external reporting and payments to PROs. As well as running day to day operations for the PRO team, you'll identify and implement process improvements.

Your responsibilities in more detail:
• Coordinating/scheduling regular and ad hoc team meetings including managing agendas and meeting notes/action items
• Managing and executing payments to PROs via purchase orders and invoices
• Owning delivery of financial and usage reporting to PROs
• Handling vendor account set up for PROs
• Updating and organization of team resources and documents such as team calendar, team goals, service launches, and team SharePoint
• Maintaining and developing internal processes to track service launches, team goals, payments, and reporting
• Communicating and aligning with internal stakeholders such as Accounts Payable, Accounting, Finance, and other project teams

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Previous experience in an administrative role
• Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders internationally

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in setting up team meetings and note-taking
• Experience in processing corporate invoice payments using purchase orders.
• Passion for the music/ entertainment space
• Previous experience in a contracts/ rights/ business affairs role or equivalent
