We are currently seeking an experienced Jr. Creative Development Executive to look after the creative demands of our originals slate in the Netherlands. You will need experience in both developments along with a deep knowledge of the creative and business issues in bringing programs from idea to launch. You will help with selecting, developing, producing and/or greenlighting projects as well as helping to build relationships.

You will organize and attend pitches as directed by the Head of Originals, and where applicable review material to have informed and productive meetings. Your role will include ensuring all trackers and work flows are up to date, functional stakeholders have visibility over our upcoming content greenlights, overseeing assigned show and development including evaluation of source material, concept and character development as well as business matters such as deals with key parties and be available to travel to domestic and international locations for preproduction, production and post-production, seeing projects through from idea to delivery.

Responsibilities:
• Organize and evaluate pitch sessions, give creative feedback to the team.
• Assist in managing relationships with key talent and partners
• Track writers, directors, talent, producers.
• Understand all aspects of production from pre, production, post, budgeting, casting as well as being able to handle production issues in the field to final delivery.
• Manage and supervise assigned productions to ensure quality of finished product meets Amazon's quality and creative standards.
• Support all creative aspects of development, production and post-production.
• Serve as a liaison between the (un)scripted department and all other departments such as Pr, Marketing, Social, Legal and BA

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Multiple years as a Creative executive in a proven production company or network with previous Development and/or Current Programming experience
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in both Dutch and English
• Detailed planning, time management and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of the Dutch entertainment industry trends and players.

• Broad network of writers, producers and artists
• Experience with online series development and current production
