Job Description
Amazon Studios is the original film and television development and production arm of Prime Video. Our projects include award winning television series in the US and abroad. We seeking an experienced internal communications professional to join our Local Originals team. This role will create innovative and compelling employee communications and events – from ideation through flawless execution – which will bring together and engage this globally dispersed team.
The Internal Culture & Communications Manager will own crafting, delivering, and maintaining engaging content via multiple channels. They must have superb writing and editing skills, excel at prioritizing their workload, have strong attention to detail, and be comfortable working on a deadline.

Successful candidates will have experience designing content for digital/print channels, as well as creating programming for and executing employee events (physical, virtual, hybrid), preferably in support of an international organization. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely across multiple business cultures is paramount.

This role will also provide guidance and ad hoc support to local team leaders looking to implement country specific communication programs.

The role is based in Culver City.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years communications experience
• Experience working with global, cross functional teams
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator)
• English fluency (verbal and written)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience developing relevant content for a diverse, remote and mobile workforce
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• End-to-end event planning and execution experience, with high level of attention to detail and time management
• Experience driving cultural change and influencing organizations through communications, from audience and stakeholder analysis through data and success metrics tracking
• Experience developing and implementing communication plans for a global team across multiple international locations
• Communications experience in media, internet, and/or technology industries
• Naturally curious and passionate about employee communications/engagement – with a keen awareness of the evolving landscape of available tools, technologies, resources, and trends
• Experience developing creative, effective approaches to difficult communications challenges
