The Amp team is looking for team members across a variety of functions, including software engineering/development, product, marketing, design, and more. Come make history, as we expand and launch Amp for millions of listeners.

We're looking for an experienced and highly motivated strategic marketing leader with a breadth of marketing experience across campaign execution, analytics and marketing technology to help scale our business. You will build and own the marketing operations infrastructure to support the efficient delivery of regular marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with departments across the organization including content, brand management, product marketing, programming, creator services, campaign production, creative directors and finance to build an operating model that effectively balances standardization and efficiency with creative out-of-the-box thinking and customer obsession.

This role can be based in New York, Los Angeles, or Atlanta.

Key job responsibilities
• Develop, plan and implement the marketing operations infrastructure to support the efficient delivery of marketing campaigns
• Own marketing resource utilization and organizational growth strategy. Build and oversee marketing operating model utilizing a combination of full time staff, flexible staff, agencies, and freelance teams
• In partnership with our operations team develop, manage and support key workflow automation tools to help drive organization scale including but not limited to creative production, asset management, and finance
• Partner with marketing leadership to drive the definition, measurement and tracking of marketing performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Growth Marketing, Finance, and Analytics teams to oversee KPI goal setting, and acquisition funnel metrics. Track and Report on KPIs and campaign metrics to analyze their success.
• Actively monitor, analyze and report on the health of marketing contribution, program ROI, customer acquisition and campaign activity and results.
• Establish a rigorous analytical framework and manage the reporting and performance of all lifecycle initiatives
• Lead organizational goal setting, tracking and communication
• Develop and deploy marketing operations tool suites to drive team productivity
• Own marketing operations business reporting forums and present progress and learnings regularly

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
• Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
• Proven marketing experience with a breadth of knowledge around marketing operations and campaign execution
• Proven success operating in complex matrixed environments
• Experience building close working relationships with internal and external partners across social, marketing, creative agency, media, etc.
• Bachelors Degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in brand marketing, brand management, integrated marketing, product marketing, at a youthful, consumer-facing entertainment, technology, or retail brand
• Previous experience in music/entertainment
• Experience building and managing high performing teams
