About Amazon Music
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Marketing Manager to help driving WW customer acquisition and engagement through audio ads and other emerging channels. This person will build the audio ads channel to drive acquisition and engagement with Amazon Music, partnering with Business Intelligence and Tech teams to develop measurement and attribution solutions, developing Amazon Music's audio ads strategy, building scalable process with multiple media buying partners, and driving WW campaign execution. An entrepreneurial spirit, a creative mindset for pushing boundaries, and the ability to work effectively with a large number of partners and international stakeholders are some of the key skills we are looking for. While the focus area will primary be audio ads, this person will also manage other emerging paid media channels as part of his/ her scope.

Key job responsibilities
• Write effective business requirement documents (BRDs) to enable robust channel measurement, tracking and attribution; in partnership with Business Intelligence and Tech teams.
• Define Amazon Music's audio ads strategy, building and executing audio ads test plans in 3P podcasts, radio, digital audio, house audio and gaming audio.
• Identify, build & manage relationships with key partners in audio ad ecosystem (Art19, Odeeo, AudioMob, Chartable, Podsights, etc).
• Experiment across platforms, conducting deep data analysis to uncover new opportunities for growth.
• Oversee and continue to improve tracking, attribution, and overall data access to analyze key metrics, including ROI. Establish automated reporting and optimization processes.
• Provide complete performance reporting and analysis on all audio ads marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained.
• Collaborate closely with technical, business, finance and design teams within Amazon to manage simultaneous time-sensitive projects.
• Coordinate with other cross Amazon performance marketing professionals to leverage relationships, establish best practices for marketing and advertising and collaborate on a unified Amazon vision in the audio ads space.
• Test and learn across emerging channels and platforms, conducting deep data analysis to uncover new opportunities for customer growth.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
• Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
• 6+ years of digital marketing experience in a consumer facing technology organization, including the strategic management and hands on execution of paid media channels (Audio Ads, Display, SEM, Mobile, Paid Social etc.)
• Experience managing multi-million dollar paid media budgets.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to work with large data sets.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills; with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate. Ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, drive rationale, discover root causes and identify opportunities.
• Excellent leadership and communication (written and verbal) skills to drive recommendations. Ability to articulate tradeoffs, explain complex issues and communicate plans to senior executives.
• High attention to detail, across both business and technical domains.
• Demonstrated track record of launching new programs, products or app features, working in a cross-functional setting.
• 3+ years of audio ad advertising experience, with knowledge of the entertainment, audio, and/or creator ecosystem.
• Experience in building, executing and scaling marketing programs across multiple international markets.
• Experience in driving the implementation of a marketing technology stack (e.g. audio ads attribution solutions).

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $59,300-$142,800/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
