Job Description
Job summary
Amazon Music Live was launched to expand our livestreaming content and build out a new business line for Amazon Music. We have executed several events with Top 20 Artists in the past few months, and are now looking to scale selection and build out our monetization strategy. We are a start-up team that is heavily focused on innovation, and with our growth, we are seeking an entrepreneurial, creative, and analytical marketing leader.
This is a mixed production and marketing role. On one hand, you will source and produce live music content, managing production agencies and external stakeholders (talent, label etc.) and liaising with internal counterparts in other regions. On the other, you will be responsible for driving awareness, discoverability, and tune-in of livestreamed and Video-On-Demand musical performances across EU (UK, DE, FR, IT, ES) – for livestreams produced in Europe, but also for locally-relevant global livestreams. A successful candidate for this role will be an independent, creative problem-solver with great business acumen, and the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously. The candidate must also be a passionate advocate for customers (for us, both artists and fans are customers). You will have strong program management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently under time constraints to deliver results. Given the complexity of the role, it will also be important to be operationally strong – managing a large number of relationships, dependencies, and timelines across many teams, both internal and external. Finally, livestreaming is a high-growth area – being comfortable in ambiguity, flexible, and proactive in changes in the industry is key.

• Provide insights to drive an informed marketing strategy based on key metrics, historical data, and trend reporting
• Use analytical insights to create actionable strategies that help increase effectiveness of future campaigns
