About Amazon Music
The Amazon Music Merch team was launched to expand our music merch business line (apparel, CDs/Vinyl, accessories, etc.) and enrich Amazon channels with new fan experiences. We have launched merch collections for several livestream events with Top 20 Artists in the past few months, and are expanding on the vision with pop-up events and new livestream shopping features.
Amazon Music is looking for a driven, strategic, customer-centric Product Manager to help reinvent music experiences and grow our Music Merch business. Music and fashion have been intertwined for decades, and this leader will build new fan and artist experiences that authentically connect artists and fans-including new pop-up event capabilities across supply chain and logistics, and new shoppable content experiences for livestreams.
As a Sr. Product Manager-Technical, you will help define and build new features for artists and fans across Live Events, livestreams, Amazon Music, and Amazon.com. Product Managers on our teams are the CEO of the features they build and closely collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Design, BI, and more, to set strategy for, define, design, and directly manage all aspects of the customer experience. A successful candidate will be customer obsessed, highly analytical, able to work extremely effectively in a matrix organization, and adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality, simple products and applications that customers love. The candidate will need to be a self-starter who is able to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment and think big while paying careful attention to detail.
The Amazon Music Merch team operates at the intersection of artists and their fans. We are a start-up team that is heavily focused on innovation, and with our growth we are seeking leaders focused on the next generation of products that serve artists.
