We are looking for a driven, analytical, results-oriented and creative Sr Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead Amazon Music Unlimited customer growth across Latin America.

This role will own the strategy to drive growth across the full lifecycle of Amazon Music Unlimited, our premium tier of service. You will play an important role in conceiving, building and launching new initiatives, working across Amazon teams, influencing and leading partner teams to think big, invent and simplify, and deliver on project roadmaps.

This role is primarily responsible for accelerating Amazon Music Unlimited customer growth by building a best-in-class lifecycle experience for our customers. You will work across the full customer journey, including acquisition, engagement, upsell, retention and churn. You will develop experiments to improve key metrics and you will dive deep in our customer data to unveil new growth opportunities in the region.

A successful candidate for this role will be a data-driven, creative problem-solver, and a self-starter with great business acumen. You will have strong analytical and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple project simultaneously. You will also have experience with Freemium and online subscription models. Given the complexity of the role, it will also be important to be operationally strong – managing a large number of relationships, dependencies, and timelines across many teams.

LOCATIONS: This role may sit in Mexico City, Mexico or Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Key job responsibilities
• Own the strategy, planning, and oversee the execution across channels to drive customer growth for the Amazon Music Unlimited tier in Latin America.
. Design, build and launch growth and lifecycle marketing experiments that will drive incremental customer growth in LATAM.
. Conduct deep dive analysis working with BI and Finance to measure program performance, analyze customer and business data to identify growth opportunities.
• Work with global teams to inform and influence growth strategy on global level.
. Write up proposals, testing roadmaps and campaign reviews with a monthly overall review of progress against targets.
. Publish reporting on program status and post-launch metrics, ensure stakeholders are well informed about the roadmap and performance, and how they fit into a scalable plan.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of extensive acquisition marketing experience with consumer facing brands, including integrated campaign management, paid customer acquisition, promotions, product marketing and/or channel marketing.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact.
• Strong project management skills, managing internal and external stakeholders, and multiple campaigns at once.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to drive recommendations, articulate trade-offs, and communicate plans to senior executives
• High attention to detail, across both business and technical domains.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively using sound business judgment.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• MBA
• Experience in driving strong marketing performance in a digital media (video, music, podcasts, video games, software) subscription service.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Experience in multi-territory campaign management.
• Experience with mobile apps experimentation and download initiatives.
