Prime Gaming Live is looking for a talented and versatile Ad Sales Brand Partnership Lead to join our Prime Gaming Live/Crown Channel team and help grow our sales practice. Prime Gaming Live was created to make a new type of entertainment and bring the best of pop culture and gaming together. Our livestream programs are watched by millions of viewers (www.twitch.tv/crown). We are ready to ramp up our program and build out our sales team!
Prime Gaming Live/Crown Channel is a fast-growing segment of our business. In this role, you will help accelerate revenue growth and grow strategic partnerships. You will report into the Head of Sales & Sponsorships and will be responsible for driving revenue and delivering best in class creative solutions to our clients. You should be an excellent communicator with experience operating at all levels, as well as a strategic thinker who is able to earn the trust of partners across Amazon and our clients. You will focus on bringing in revenue and delivering contextually relevant creative executions, and custom idea and have the freedom to ''think big'' for our partners and their brands with the ability to leverage some of the assets in Amazon's ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include:
• Grow revenue for the business across multiple verticals
• Pipeline and forecast management
• Upsell creative solutions to brand partners
• Work with cross functional stakeholders including BD, production, legal and Amazon Ads
• Clearly articulate CC value proposition to marketers
• Strong client and agency relationships (C-Suite level)
• Being externally-facing: this role acts as a consultative and creative partner to clients and sponsorship agencies to develop meaningful custom solutions
Preferred experience & characteristics:
• Strong creative instincts and a portfolio of branded content work (specifically custom content integrations) with a focus on gaming and entertainment
• A deep understanding of the media platforms that brands use to target the Gen Z and Millennial audiences, and the ability to pull together creative ideas across them
• Comfortable working cross functionally in a fast-paced environment and directly with clients
• Minimum 10+ years sales experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• MBA or related experience
• 10+ years of sales experience
• 5+ years of experience with entertainment or gaming, sponsorship, and advertising sales
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in new media sales (digital media, live-streaming, Twitch)
Experience with sponsorship and integration sales
• Experience in business development
• Relationships with senior marketing executives at brands and key agencies.
• Experience working directly with brands on developing creative partnerships through sponsorship packaging and integration sales
• Experience managing executive level relationships
• Ability to work in a diverse team
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize sales funnel and use data to inform sales decisions
• Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically
• Ability to prioritize in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $118,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
