Job Description

Lead the development of marketing, creative, social media strategy for all original series, stunts and network initiatives across multiple platforms. Lead the strategic transition from linear-focused to full dual platform viewership marketing. Develop annual Go-To-Market plan, secure stakeholder buy-in and implement plan. Lead the development of global brand communications and guidelines to ensure Adult Swim brand integrity while encouraging innovation and creativity across regions. Responsible for on-air, off-air, paid media (including social media), paid partnerships and influencer initiatives. Partner with advanced analytics teams and media agency to analyze and optimize media effectiveness. Lead development of social media strategy and partner with social media editorial team to grow social media strength for Adult Swim globally. Partner with Creative, Programming and PR teams to develop innovative, unique campaigns that generated earned media. Serve as thought-leader and expert with young adult audiences and with adult animation genre. Lead the marketing partnership with HBOMax to drive acquisition and retention of subscribers for HBOMax through the strength of Adult Swim brand and key programming.

The Essentials

8-10 years experience in brand marketing and consumer marketing roles - Must have demonstrated marketing expertise for A list, highly recognized brands
- MBA is preferred
