The Job
WarnerMedia GKYAC Brand Partnerships seeks a Sr Manager, Brand Partnerships focused on developing content partnerships that drive brand value and revenue for Adult Swim. The GKYAC Brand Partnerships team strives to develop high impact partnerships that drive brand value –awareness, affinity and consumption and revenue-- event fees, brand and licensing fees, and in partnership with Ad Sales to drive media deals. Leveraging deep knowledge of our fans, brands and trends, we develop strategies and creative solutions that further drive love for our brands while harnessing that love in support of 3rd of party brand and business objectives. We possess strong marketing strategy acumen to develop mutually beneficial opportunities. Relationship building and high-levels of cross-collaboration are the key to our team success. We are responsible for strategy and execution across all aspects of promotional campaigns.

In this newly created position, the Sr Manager, Brand Partnerships will play a key role in developing go-to-market strategy. This position will cultivate new business and develop content partnerships that drive brand value and revenue across social media. With expertise in business strategy, integrated brand communications, performance marketing, and media – the Sr. Manager will create innovative opportunities to grow the Adult Swim brand and deliver strong outcomes for its partners.

The ideal candidate will have experienced leadership, social channel strategy, content planning, content partnerships with publishers, working with talent, team mentorship and vision within the ever-evolving social and publisher landscape. A background in a variety of industries is a plus! They will be enthusiastic, creative, results focused, and have confidence to define, build, and present strategies.

The Daily
• Work with clients and internal teams to define, prototype, and produce content partnership solutions based on audience insights, strategy and business needs.
• Prospect, pitch, and attract new business with non-traditional and emerging brands that drive brand value and revenue
• Provide strategic market expertise and POV to both clients and internal teams
• Coordinate between internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless execution and excellent client service
• Communicate key learnings to the team and apply best practices to future campaigns to maximize success
• Collaborate with Ad Sales to maximize revenue opportunities

The Essentials
• Minimum 7+ years in entertainment marketing or related field
• A Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Research, or Media
• Commercially minded individual with a proven track record of successfully developing and negotiating social media content partnerships
• Influencer marketing experience
• Proficiency in social media, formats, and best practices for all social platforms
• A demonstrated history of managing partnerships that require moving complex decisions through organizations successfully, driving value for all parties
• Well-established professional network with potential business partners (i.e. brands, agencies) for partnership opportunities
• Expertise in Gen Z and Millennials insights and trends
• Team player who thrives in a dynamic, highly cross-functional, collaborative team environment
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to own and take full responsibility of projects
• Ability to work in a high-volume and fast-paced work environment
• Excellent storytelling and presentation building skills
• Passion and strong understanding of Adult Swim brands and a passion for entertainment
