The initial goal of this thriving start-up effort has been to create premium, innovative advertising experiences for world-class casual mobile games like King's Candy Crush Saga. Looking ahead, we are developing player-first advertising experiences across the Activision Blizzard portfolio, including high-growth areas like eSports.

With the explosive growth of in-game advertising, this is a really exciting time to join the team in a pivotal new role leading our game studio facing GTMs. This role will be the key interface between our Product Management, Strategy, and Commercial teams driving the continued commercial success of our advertising monetization strategy.

We are seeking an experienced AdTech professional - who is as comfortable talking to Product Managers in detail about topics such as Identity, header bidding, or ad yield as discussing monetization pain points with Demand Ops managers.

You'll serve as the first point of contact to game studios on how our ad products work and why it matters to them. The ideal candidate will have a track record of developing internal GTMs, senior stakeholder management, and working internationally.

You will be working with teams across San Francisco, New York, London, and Stockholm.

Game Changing - What you'll be doing
• Develop our Game Studio facing Go-To-Market strategy and structure with internal stakeholders
• Lead GTM process management and communication to game studios of our advertising products
• Create technical product marketing materials, including; data sheets, internal resource pages, demo videos, presentations & more for internal game teams
• Conduct competitive analysis to influence product roadmap decisions and internal game team knowledge of relevant advertising trends & requirements
• Partner with Product Management to shape product roadmap and development to drive internal adoption by the game teams and business revenue
• Contribute to product marketing, strategic planning, and stakeholder management across Activision Blizzard Media
• Develop messaging and positioning for game teams about our ad product development based on a deep understanding of their needs and challenges

Skills - What's you'll bring
• Experience working in technical Product Marketing or Product Management; demonstrating at least one promotion in this area
• Proven experience in Advertising or Ad Tech, with the ability to understand the technical details of advertising capabilities and standards
• Expertise in crafting compelling positioning and messaging for internal business customers
• Strong interpersonal skills at all levels and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different functions and business units
• Passion for mobile gaming and brand advertising a big plus
• BA/BS degree, MBA a plus
