Job Description

The Activision Blizzard Partnership Finance team is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, organized and financially minded individual to join as a Senior Financial Analyst. The position is a dynamic and visible role that will help manage the company's most important partnerships through financial analysis, planning, reporting, and on-going relationship management. The candidate will become a key business partner to our internal Partnership teams across the organization, including our Mobile, Console, Brand/Sponsorship, and Esports partner verticals. This role will be a central function working with our three operating segments, Activision, Blizzard and King and will work across all of our beloved franchises.

Responsibilities
• Drive strategic analysis of new partnership deal opportunities, including building valuation analysis and support of key deal points
• Operationalize executed deals by working with technical revenue accounting, corporate accounting, and franchise finance to forecast and load revenue, costs, and cost offsets into our financial reporting system
• Manage existing deals on an on-going basis (ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly and annual reviews) to maximize economics and ensure we're meeting our deal commitments and ensure proper tracking & reporting of targets to our executive team
• Help manage our Partnership org operating expenses during our quarterly close & forecast process
• Act as a liaison between franchise commercial & business unit finance, accounting, technical accounting, marketing, partnership business development, partnership strategy & operations and executive stakeholders
• Provide other ad-hoc analysis in support for commercial initiatives as needed

Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or Operations
• 2+ years of finance experience (investment banking, accounting, strategic finance, partnership finance, commercial finance and/or corporate finance)
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Power Point is required
• Extensive experience with complex financial modeling and analysis
• Excellent communication skills to interface with a diverse set of stakeholders in a global environment (including Finance team members, game teams and functional leaders)
• Strong critical thinking with the ability to summarize and communicate complex concepts at a high level to executives
• Strong attention to detail with organizational savvy to handle multiple business priorities simultaneously; prioritize and complete work within strict deadlines and within an ongoing cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly deliverables)
• ''Can-do'' attitude with a desire to learn
