Your Mission

We're looking for a Senior Director, Regulatory and Public Policy Law. In this role, you'll work on some of the most interesting, exciting, high-profile matters at the Company, helping us navigate and shape an ever-changing legal and regulatory framework. This will include strategic legal counseling on regulatory and public policy developments at the state and federal levels, global competition law, and trade and trade enforcement. You'll report to the Senior Vice President for Regulatory and Public Policy Law and work closely with him, the Chief Legal Officer, and other leaders across the Law Department and Company.

As a colleague, you'll be committed to the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and collegiality, and be willing to pitch in and help where needed. You'll also be interested in learning new things and dealing with cutting-edge legal issues at the intersection of law, policy, entertainment, and tech.

Player Profile
• J.D. from a nationally recognized law school
• Membership in at least one state bar (CA preferred)
• 7+ years of relevant legal experience at a top law firm, government agency, or in house law department
• Outstanding writer, clear thinker, and effective communicator
• Common sense and excellent judgment
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
