We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Matchmaking team. We design, build, run, and evolve matchmaking services for the Call of Duty franchise and other popular Activision titles. You will work with the game studios to innovate in the domain of matchmaking. Your job will involve planning, designing, and implementing projects that facilitated matching players from all over the world. You'll join a team striving to produce the best possible experience for our players. In addition to this, you will guide Activision wide changes to the multiplayer experience. These initiatives will involve our studio partners and other business units from around Activision.

Your responsibilities:
• Own customer relationships and manage partners with different business and technical needs.
• Have a level of technical understanding and hold your own in high-level technical conversations, while representing your teams to customers and partners.
• Ensure on time delivery at the highest level of excellence.
• Be an expert at understanding technical skills and appropriately deploying them to progress development.
• Own scheduling projects, keeping teams on-task, & forecasting timelines

Player Profile
• 3+ years PM experience in a similar role
• Experienced at technical resource management
• Exposure to sophisticated technical projects involving multiple teams is required
• Strong time management skills with ability to focus on priorities & risk assessment
• Organized self-starter willing to assume responsibility for all aspects of projects under their supervision
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and be able to rework complicated project plans at short notice due to changes in scope
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Positive, professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
• A willingness and ability to learn is essential
• Exposure to Agile methodologies
• Experience with the Atlassian suite of products

Nice to have:
• Scrum Master AND/OR PMP or PRINCE2 qualification
• Experience with OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
