Job Description

Activision Blizzard is looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join the IT Strategy and operations group. You will work with the Activision Blizzard CIO and senior leadership team leading cross organization and departmental projects and initiatives. Specific focus on strategic organizational development activities, org health and culture improvement projects, and general team operations activities.

Essential Job Function
• Responsible for delivering strategic initiatives and providing execution support for the IT Senior leadership team.
• Help to improve IT operations by establishing partnerships and process.
• Manage day to day department tasks and issues.
• Support the Enterprise Services, Corporate Infrastructure, Enterprise Apps, Global Production, and PMO and Procurement functions.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Lead operations teams to collaboratively work well with each other as well as with other external teams.
• Facilitate communication to stakeholders and senior management teams to ensure expectations are managed correctly.
• Draw on extensive experience to understand change implications from a broad technical perspective, adding a 'big picture' view to the discussions.
• Develop and drive culture initiatives to at an organizational level.
• Identify, analyze, prioritize, current departmental skillsets against the future evolution of the company.
• Drive organizational development projects within the IT team and in collaboration with all partner teams.
• Manage IT financial forecast including opex, capex, and headcount.
• Present proposals, progress reports and recommendations to the highest levels in the organization, both verbally and in writing.
• Manage sensitive cross-team engagements on subjects such as dependency alignment, schedule alignment, and managing expectations with internal and external customers.

Qualifications and skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field.
• A minimum of 7 years knowledge of IT.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills in English.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Knowledge of current trends in Information Technology.
• Strong self-learning abilities
