Job Description
Activision Central Tech (CT) works to support our development studios and their titles. Comprising seven main teams, we have many specialties including big data, privacy and security, motion capture and animation pipeline technologies, graphics, build and infrastructure for studio development and data centers, optimization, systems programming and online services including matchmaking and networking. Responsibilities

As an Expert Production Manager, you will work embedded within the Central Technology engineering groups. Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
• Supporting leadership and engineering groups with coordinating of tasks and developing plans, milestone goals, longer term technical roadmaps, continuous status reviews.
• Documenting and facilitating more effective communication within the company about CT workstreams, improving processes where needed.
• Organizing of weekly updates from engineers, collating that information and sharing via Confluence and email.
• Working with leadership to ensure current tasking is well understood and visible, generating reports on team tasking regularly, such as:
• Colleagues who are either under-tasked or over-tasked, workload re-balancing requirements
• Workstreams which are insufficiently described within task tracking tools
• Priority tasks which have become blocked or have complex dependencies to untangle
• Critical tasks which are under-resourced etc
• Coordinating task creation and assignment with engineering group to ensure progress in critical areas.
• Coordinating, documenting and following-up on regular committee-style meetings and keeping calls organized and productive.
• Support technical leadership interactions with external partners etc to ensure workstreams and conversations are tracked and followed up.
• Facilitate team communication, scheduling and running meetings, tracking agenda items, video conference calls as needed.
• Collating and organizing feature requests and similar needs from colleagues in development studios globally and assist technical leadership with scheduling such work.
• Assisting with team processes, recruitment, team expansion, improving onboarding processes within the team, communicating IT requirements etc.
• Supporting expansion of new office location in Dublin wearing multiple hats as required.

Requirements
• 5+ years experience of production or project management roles within a programming team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Experience with report generation, data analysis, task burndown processes etc.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Experience with Jira or similar task tracking software.

Extra Points:
• A technical background, experience within software engineering groups etc.
• Enthusiasm for and familiarity with the Call of Duty® franchise or other Activision products.
• High level knowledge of video-game technology, video-game engine terminology, programming buzzwords, or a passion for video-games generally.
• Experience with Confluence.
• Experience with MS Office productivity suite.
• Experience with Confluence or similar Wiki-style software.
