Activision, Blizzard and King's Early Career program was established to develop meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships with schools, universities, and organizations, which allows us to identify and foster talent to meet our ever-growing hiring needs.

This role is an exciting opportunity to join the Global Early Careers teams for 6 months covering administration and recruitment support to the EMEA Early Careers Program Manager and the ABK Global Early Careers.
Our ideal teammate would come from an Talent Acquisition background with end to end recruitment life cycle experience resulting in a clear idea of the administration elements of a role. This will vary from requisition creation, interview scheduling, offer paperwork, on-boarding, and event scheduling. There will also be an element of project ownership and meeting scheduling.

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
• Coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews in high-volume environment while providing an amazing candidate experience
• Maintain recruiting data by managing candidate pipeline in our applicant tracking system, Workday
• Facilitate effective and close communication between Recruiters and candidates at all times.
• Providing administrative support to Recruiters, including overseeing interview logistics, creating offer letters, and on boarding new hires
• Support for school and conference events
• Manage recruiting data transactions
• Other assigned duties and special projects as needed

In addition you will have:
• A degree-level education (preferred) relevant to the experience required for the role
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• An interest in HR or Recruiting
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and ability to learn computer-based systems and platforms
• Experience in the use of Workday Recruit is desirable
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, identify solutions, and change course of action quickly
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain strong attention to details
• Ability to collect and organize data
• Positive attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful, and flexible
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Passion for gaming and entertainment is preferred
