Job Description
Battle.net & Online ProductsBattle.net is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Content Programming Coordinator to support Activision and Blizzard titles on Battle.net with a primary focus on the Call of Duty franchise. In this role you'll work with internal and external partners to manage game updates and sale promotions on Battle.net.
The ideal candidate is a meticulous project manager who can think ahead and work independently. This person will also have experience building strong cross-functional relationships across internal teams and external partners to support campaigns from start to finish.
The candidate should be highly organized, self-motivated, and passionate about gaming.
Responsibilities
• Review and coordinate Call of Duty PC assets with Activision, Blizzard regional publishing teams, and Battle.net
• Implement Call of Duty PC engagement updates and sale promotions on the Battle.net app in multiple languages on a daily basis
• Act as a key contact between internal departments and regional teams for everything related to Call of Duty PC engagement updates and sale promotions
• Manage and maintain pricing updates for all Call of Duty PC products
• Partner with Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure Merchandizing Operations have all the required assets and copy to support on-platform campaigns
• Coordinate the implementation of cross-promotional placements in the Battle.net app
• Implement Blizzard.com carousel updates in all supported languages on a weekly basis, following the priorities provided by Merchandizing Operations
• Provide the Blizzard Shop team with all the required assets and copy to ensure the homepage carousel is always up to date in all supported languages, following the priorities provided by Merchandizing Operations
• Gather consumption and sales data across all Blizzard channels and executions
• Partner with Merchandizing Operations to coordinate the execution of Blizzard-wide platform promotions on owned and operated merchandizing surfaces
• Set and manage stakeholder expectations while juggling competing and conflicting priorities
Requirements
• A minimum of 1-year experience working with international teams
• Able to gather and align necessary resources against a schedule, especially under tight deadlines and changing project demands
• Able to establish key relationships, gain cooperation, and reduce tension among team members and impacted departments
• Impeccable written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Able to organize information in a clear and concise manner
• Persuasive, encouraging, and a motivating influence with all assigned projects
• Experience addressing conflicting priorities and achieving consensus, while also assertively contributing relevant analysis, opinions and thoughts
• Familiarity with the following tools: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.), Photoshop, Google Analytics, Microsoft Planner, Wrike, SharePoint
