Your Mission

As a Candidate Experience Specialist at Activision-Blizzard, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers within specific business groups and/or functions across all of ABK. Our goal is to own the operational backbone of a candidate's journey through the Talent Acquisition process. Along this journey, we strive to provide an inclusive, compelling, and authentic representation of Activision-Blizzard for every candidate.
• Provide operational support to Talent Professionals through creating job descriptions, posting requisitions, acquiring approvals, and managing the RWA process.
• Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling, travel, and Zoom interviews (if needed) all while facilitating effective and close communication between the candidates and recruiters.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience by making the candidate feel comfortable and welcome, virtually or in person.
• Meet and exceed performance and service level metrics for timeliness, accuracy, and customer service.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of TA processes, compliance regulations, referral policies, background check classifications, and remote work legal requirements.
• Represent candidate experience with excellence and professionalism while cooperating with senior leaders of supported business groups.
• Assist with recruiting/candidate expense reimbursements as requested.
• Maintain candidate records through candidate profile attachments and merging candidate profiles when hiring previous employees/contractors.
• Provide additional support to Talent Professionals, including creating offer letters and new hire packet generation.
• Partner with Employee Experience, IT, and People Tech to ensure a smooth new hire handoff.
• Process candidate relocation requests.
• Coordinate and set up recruitment events for conventions, job fairs, and recruitment mixers.
• Facilitate bi-weekly department meetings.
• Move candidates, disposition candidates, administer NDA / confidentially documentation, verify pre-hire documentation, initiate background check, validate/verify legal business entity pre-hire, edit requisitions, and close requisitions in Workday.
• Participate in special projects dedicated to innovation within the candidate experience space and focused on technical capabilities, engagement, onboarding, or data metrics.
• Additional assignments as requested.

Player Profile
• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of relevant Recruiting, Coordinating, TA, or Customer Service experience
• Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Exceptional professional written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive hospitable attitude
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and interface with individuals at all levels, both inside and outside the organization
• Strong initiative. Self-driven and able to deliver results with minimal supervision
• Proven experience designing and implementing new processes; a passion for process and achieving efficiencies
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quickly
• Anticipate needs of employers to stay one step ahead of the game and provide the best support possible
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
