As part of the Regional Operations Team we partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to continue broadening the reach to our players and drive our continued execution in Brazil.

We are looking for and experienced, motivated, and highly organized individual to support the team and report to the Spanish Speaking Marketing Operations Manager,

This position will play a fundamental in setting strategic priorities and roadmap. The Associate Market Operations Manager will be the responsible to help the team to identify opportunities to leverage Activision Blizzard and its franchises through partnerships involving key and high-profile stakeholders in the region (From different opportunities with Payment providers, payment channels to business partners and local digital distribution), securing exposure and positively impacting the business around our franchises in the region, establishing alliances in Brazil.

As Spanish Speaking Americas Associate Market Operations , she/he will be responsible for dealing with Activision Blizzard digital distribution and third-party partners, to maximize all franchises opportunities making sure there is alignment with the publishing strategy.

From a Regional Operations standpoint this position has the following responsibilities:
• Work with business development regional leadership to identify and lead product partnerships – including research, evaluation, recommendation, modelling, deal negotiations and post-deal integrations
• Partner with Regional Operations to identify and drive narratives for new platforms, partners, and markets/segments to distribute the games.
• Together with Regional Ops Managers analyse, negotiate, and set up partnerships in the region to improve our games accessibility, while ensuring the long-term profitability of the region
• Help develop partnership solutions, assets, and activation ideas for partner campaigns. Work with regional partners for cross-promotional activations
• Work together with Franchise lead to develop and execute marketing strategy for our Free to play and Mobile games including the definition of unique selling points and key messages that speaks on a regional level.
• Work with Franchise leads to look for new opportunities to grow user awareness, engagement, and interest for our Free to play and mobile games
• Distil data into concise analysis/reports and presentations, with recommendations and effects to enable strategy decisions focusing on Mobile and Free to Play Games
• Follow up with agencies-internal team on projects with multiple stakeholders
• Help with the internal process (billing, payment, invoicing) for external partners
• Revise and supervise translations in the market, key for title success when needed.
• Advocate the brand plans with external partners into finding successful partnerships, revenue opportunities and brand exposure in the market.

REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in Free to play and Mobile business models
• A conscientious, flexible & results oriented individual, with strong accountability and self-motivation to work remotely. Acts independently, manages multiple tasks simultaneously and excels under pressure.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders & build excellent working relationship. Drive to mobilize teams towards execution excellence and mutual goals.
• Ability to read/understand and apply market research, business insights and industry trends.
• Understanding of Payment methods ecosystem in the region
• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 to 3 years' experience in business development, sales, marketing/trade marketing or similar role with solid background in traditional and digital media.
• Highly commercial mind-set & detailed knowledge of local market/territory and video games market
• Stay abreast of digital entertainment and mobile gaming market trends, and regularly share strategic insights.
• Analytical, with experience driving analyses and recommendations with data-driven framework.
• Proficient in Excel
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
