Your Mission

Blizzard entertainment is seeking a passionate and promising artistic recruiter with a drive and willingness to learn sourcing and account management skills. This role will focus on working with our recruiting team to deliver recruiting services for Blizzard game teams. As a member of the art & animation recruiting team, your role will focus on working with other recruiters to hire top artistic talent (VFX, Lighting, Concept, Character Modelers, Art Directors, and some additional production + TD staff etc.). You will partner closely with recruiting partners to execute these critical components of talent acquisition and be able to successfully manage requests from recruiting partners against tight timelines. This person needs to be coachable, able to receive feedback, and excited to grow as a creative recruiter.

Responsibilities
• Partner closely with hiring teams and leaders to build and execute effective sourcing, assessment, and closing of highly qualified candidates
• Develop a creative recruitment expertise.
• Ability to independently research TA policies, tools and processes after a training period
• Serve up a high-touch candidate experience from first outreach through a new hire's onboarding with timely communication and a diligent follow-through
• Facilitate interview process, hiring decisions, and learn about conducting offer negotiations
• Partner with HR to support new hire onboarding tasks including employment contracts, visa documentation, orientation, onboarding paperwork and other related projects.
• Partner effectively with recruiting team peers and cross-functional partners (sourcing, compensation, HR, systems and operations teams, etc.)
• Help ensure recruiting data integrity by utilizing our ATS (Workday Recruit) in an optimal way
• Potentially attend/participate in industry conferences to hire top talent and continue to build the Blizzard employee brand (i.e., Siggraph, CTN, Lightbox, GDC, BlizzCon etc.)

Requirements
• 2+ years of hands-on full cycle creative/artistic recruiting experience, preferably in-house or contract at an entertainment-focused company
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, CRMs, and internet sourcing tools
• Solid multi-tasking and prioritization skills
• Able to work autonomously and with discretion
• Easily manage through ambiguity, shifting between priorities and projects seamlessly
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and navigate internal and external audiences

Pluses
• Passion for gaming, animation and/or entertainment
• Passive sourcing skills
• Prior experience using Workday Recruit (ATS) and Eightfold (CRM)
