We are actively seeking a Workday Application Support Analyst, who will be responsible for post-production issue resolution and enhancements of Workday integrations and reports per agreed SLAs. This is a hands-on role. Join the Enterprise Applications HRIT Team, and work closely with Workday Integrations team, HRIS and business partners to identify the best solutions for the business..

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
• Be responsible for management of Workday integration tickets by investigating the issue/request and providing resolution within defined SLAs. Complete RCA, if applicable.
• Be a technology domain guide and partner with business as well as technology partners to deliver high-quality, scalable and cost-effective solutions that meet business requirements
• Monitor integration performance and recommend areas of improvement. Lead the technical recovery of Integration outages by collaborating with all stakeholders including third-party partners
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for new development and integration enhancements
• Conduct post implementation reviews
• Maintain a good knowledge of functional domains by staying up-to-date with the latest applicable functional improvements
• Participate in Workday twice-yearly release reviews and testing by identifying impact and improvement opportunities associated with the new release
• Follow Activision's Development Standards and Processes

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) preferred. Workday Certification is preferred
• 3+ years working in a Workday production support environment supporting Workday integrations preferably between HR, Payroll, Benefits Partners, CRM and CMS using Workday tools
• Experience with HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Security Administration
• Working experience of Workday Studio Development, EIB, RaaS, and Web Services.
• Good understanding of SOAP, REST, XML and XSLT, Java
• BIRT experience preferred
• Knowledge of all phases of system development lifecycle. Experience with integration design and testing concepts and integration frameworks (e.g., middleware, transformation logic)
• Data conversion concepts and impacts on business processes (such as Workday iLoads or bulk data loading).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a focus on documentation, presentation and social skills
• Strong customer service focus, responsiveness and attention to detail with an ability to effectively navigate a complex and diverse organizational structure, achieving results through influence and collaboration.
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Experience with ServiceNow and Ms Excel preferred

In the US, the standard base pay range for this role is $62,000.00 - $114,700.00 Annual. This base pay range is for the US and is not applicable to locations outside of the US Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
