Your Mission

This position is a business role that requires both technical skills and marketing knowledge. In this role, you will be responsible for measuring and optimizing user acquisition, user retention and personalization strategies by reporting marketing performance data, maintaining data pipelines, assuring data quality and analyzing audiences. You'll also be heavily involved in the creation, curation, and analyses of audience data across several marketing platforms including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Marketing Cloud, Facebook, Twitter, among others. The ideal candidate is a nimble problem solver and has a moderate understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem.

COVID-19 Hiring Update: We've transitioned to a work-from-home model and we're continuing to interview and hire during this time. This role is expected to begin as a remote position and may remain remote for the duration of the contract.

Key Responsibilities:
• Function as a decision-making partner to Global Growth Marketing and Game commercial teams
• Collaborate cross functionally to identify areas of growth opportunity and to develop capabilities to measure the impact of marketing on business outcomes
• Partner with Strategy, Activation, Commercial, and Data engineering teams to design and execute campaign-specific measurement plans
• Independently conduct analyses end to end starting with stakeholder interviews to presenting learnings
• Develop marketing experiments to better understand the business impact of marketing strategy and tactics.
• Build dashboards/reports to socialize marketing campaign performance and customer behavior data
• Effectively communicate analysis results to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements:
• 1 -3 years of experience in marketing analytics roles supporting Paid media, Email, Push Notification, Web analytics
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• High proficiency in SQL
• Knowledge of scripting languages (R, Python) is a bonus
• Familiarity with visualization tools (Tableau)
• Familiarity with marketing technology (GCM, GA, Adobe Analytics, SFMC, Swrve, Singular, mParticle) and measurement tools (Mixpanel, Optimizely, Appsflyer)
