Talent Development Coordinator (PH)

The Talent Development Coordinator Owned Television Stations* (OTVs) will be responsible for assisting with the talent sourcing, networking and development of on-air and behind the camera talent for the Owned Television Stations and ABC News. This includes supporting journalist conferences, building talent profiles, mentoring program logistics, fellowships program support, learning and development, and other programs and initiatives that enhance and expand our talent pipelines.

Responsibilities:
• Support the Talent Development and Journalist Conferences' efforts through the coordination of programmed events, panels, presentations, and meet and greets
• Support and coordinate aspects of development programs from OTVU including virtual and in-person events/conference planning /coordination in partnership with ABC News development opportunities
• Schedule, track, provide communication and help facilitate all aspects of the mentor/mentee program
• Support social media outreach and talent engagement
• Provide research on Talent and develop talent profiles and internal bios
• Support, upload and maintain data entry for talent tracking in talent database
• Support sourcing and talent searches for behind the camera talent
• Other duties as assigned

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for news stories & talent development
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Strong, detail-oriented work ethic, self-motivation and positive attitude
• Must have the ability to work with all types of highly creative, artistic and technical disciplines with proven ability to deal with a variety of individuals, levels and situations in a professional environment
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Chrome, Keynote/PowerPoint, Google Suite, Zoom, and social

This role is considered hybrid, which means the employee will work a portion of their time on-site from a Company designated location and the remainder of their time remotely.

The General Entertainment Content group creates original entertainment and news content for the Company's streaming platforms and its cable and broadcast networks.
