Job Description
ABC News Marketing & Creative has an opening for a Production Coordinator. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and creative team. The person in this role is eager to learn and grow, be an enthusiastic team player, and will have many responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
• Lead daily promo trafficking/scheduling process, including daily on-air schedule and affiliate feed, working with creative & production teams, Network Media Strategy & Planning team, and Affiliate team
• Screen all critical creative and campaigns for accuracy and track for reporting
• Support SVP|Executive Producer|Executive Creative Director and the team's senior staff
• Finance responsibilities, including coding and processing vendor invoices for payment, and creating purchase orders
• Support production team – research, file creation and delivery
• Work with synergy partners to communicate priorities and deliver creative
• Support the Marketing team by delivering digital assets to internal and external platforms
• Coordinate all ''office'' needs (including ordering supplies and equipment) booking travel and managing SVP's calendar and expenses

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in television, media or agency experience. 2 or more years of experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with quick turn arounds
• Willingness to work flexible schedule
