Senior Manager, DTO Revenue Reporting Analytics (Remote)

Work Locations: With the exception of some select roles that have in-office requirements, A+E Networks operates on a flexible model that allows for remote, hybrid or full time in office work (in certain locales).
Office locations include New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Stamford, CT.

Job Description

This role will help to support the Download to Own/Rent and Education Global Content Sales businesses. Additionally, they will support Business Development & Strategy by supporting all areas of Global Content Sales (GCS) via reporting, analysis & modeling.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the Download to Own/Rent and Education Global Content Sales businesses
• Reporting, Forecasting & Analysis
• Enhance data systems by working with BI/IT to launch Robotics Process Automation.
• Increase efficiency by assisting Research and BI/IT with mapping multiple fields and incorporating DTO data into the new MSA system which replaces Mediamporph. Also monitor & populate Episode Mapping Table to correct mismatched program ids. Once Finance module is live, assist with testing and data validation.
• Curate program lists for all monthly seasonal and topical partner promotion submissions as well as for new partner on boarding as part of discovering new lines of business. These lists contain at least 50-75 promotions across 1,000-1,200 programs annually. New partner launch lists vary from 50-5,000 launch programs depending on the partner.
• Manage expiration date communication for both scheduled monthly expirations and rush legal or programming pulls. Research where each expiring program is live across all 13 partners and 5 territories. This task is also applied to DVD for Lions Gate US and Beyond Australia, as well as providing Avails lists to MPLC under Education. Respond to partner queries regarding customer complaints on missing episodes within season passes.
• Provide detailed program id lists for season passes on a quarterly basis to Stamford OPS for international scheduling as well as to Royalties for producer payment processing.
• Business Development & Strategy: Support all areas of GCS via reporting, analysis & modeling.
• Data Gathering: Assist with gathering and formatting raw data from partner portals for various reporting and presentation requests, reformat raw data provided by Research into a useable product, input raw data into prebuilt tables, & provide data to business team leaders to prepare a clear narrative on current partner performance & comparisons.
• Amazon Business Restructuring: collaborate with all teams to restructure current business process to solve current issues.
• Support and assist the audit of content availability
• Analyze partner royalty reports, identify titles/genres that monetize and titles that underperform to optimize partner libraries and maximize account revenue.

YOUR STORY:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field BA/BS
• 5+ years in sales, SAS administration and/or account management
• Experience working with large and varying data sets with an ability to identify trends and develop insights from data
• Ability to make recommendations for sales optimization based on data insights
• Proficiency in excel and/or other data analysis tools such as Tableau or Air Table
• Experience developing and maintaining dashboards
• Strong communication skills; able to tell the story behind the data to internal and external partners
• Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Self-starter and motivated to learn

Compensation

Annual Pay Range: $107,763 - $154,552

Annual Incentive Target: 15.00%

The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the

minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will

be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills,
