A+E is seeking an extremely-organized and self-motivated Production Coordinator to support the production and post-production of multiplatform content (digital and linear shorts, mid-form, longform and podcasts). They will support the Director of Production and the Manger of Post Production and will work closely with the Creative team to ensure the efficient production and timely delivery of projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Post Production:
• Update AirTable regularly to reflect current edit status/progress & appropriate content tags
• Track delivery kickbacks and follow up with Assistant Editors to ensure kickbacks are being addressed immediately
• Request Spot IDs for broadcast spots and create broadcast logs
• Create Program IDs & request additional filename version types ahead of delivery
• Post delivery, confirm with editors that archival has been logged & projects archived
• Request archival licenses from 3rd party archival vendors, review licenses, & archive properly
• Submit load requests and track load progress
• Submit gfx requests and track progress
• Track airdates and delivery of projects against deadlines
• Assist in overall organization of trackers/AirTable
• Support various administrative tasks as needed

Production Management:
• Assist in obtaining all releases and manage digital wrap binders via Box
• Manage & Process weekly 3rd party payroll documents for project-based freelancers
• Manage monthly production card expense reports for marketing & shortform depts
• Research locations, set crew, production companies, etc as needed

Preferred Qualifications
• Candidate should be extremely detail-oriented and be able to multitask/handle many projects at once in a team-oriented environment
• 2-3 years experience working in a media production environment preferred
• Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Must be able to work independently
• Knowledge of file formats and their workflows in relation to post-production a plus
• Proficiency in Excel and Word
• Experience or familiarity with Airtable a plus
• Experience or familiarity with Adobe Premiere a plus
